Non-Returnable Items and Exchange Policy

If you reside in the US or outside the European Union

Due to hygiene concerns and the nature of the products 4 All Coils sells (Virgin Human Weaves and Premium Synthetic Weaves), 4 All Coils will not accept returns or exchanges. In addition, 4 All Coils will not accept returns or exchanges on Scalp Oils (Udoraah & Eulodia), sale items or gift cards. Therefore, all sales are final. No returns. No exchanges. No exceptions. Lastly, 4 All Coils is not responsible for purchased items lost during the delivery process or delivery itself such as porch pirates. 

Thoroughly review your purchase and delivery address to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

If you reside in the European Union

Due to health regulations, hygiene concerns and the nature of the products 4 All Coils sells (Virgin Human Weaves and Premium Synthetic Weaves), 4 All Coils will only accept exchanges or returns if the safety seal on the packaging is not broken. If the seal is broken or tampered with 4 All Coils will not offer a refund even if the hair is returned. This also includes Scalp Oils (Udoraah & Eulodia). We recommend reaching out prior to initiating a return at info@4allcoils.com.

Product Safety

For customer peace of mind, all 4 All Coils products will be shipped using durable, tear-proof custom poly mailers bags to protect the integrity of the product(s) during the delivery process and delivery itself.
